Who is in Charge of Life and Death?

According to Mr. Obama, President of the United States, we are all "partners" with God in life and death.

I will agree with him to a small extent.... in that we all experience life and death, but God is in charge of both. His word states that: children are a gift from God; God gives us the breath of life and God has determined the number of our days.

I believe that God creates us, knits us together within our mothers, breathes the breath of life into our nostrils each and every day, makes our hearts beat, and determines the number of days we will walk the earth. In that way are we partners with God, and only if Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. Because.....partners work together.

God's Word also says: He who is not with me is against me .... (Matthew 12:30).

Would a holy God partner with carnal mankind about things as solemn as life and death? Only God has the wisdom required to deal with life and death. People take those things way too lightly. It's so easy to "clone" something or "abort" something.

There was a song I sang as child,....oh, be careful little hands what you do, clap, clap. Oh, be careful little hands what you do,..... Mankind had better be careful what they allow their hands to do with regard to life and death. God will not deal lightly with those who feel they are as wise as God is and who begin to make moves toward making life and death under the control of man.
Read It and Weep!

We see that so often and it's used jokingly; but I am not joking. This blog post will, hopefully, bring tears to your eyes.

I have been praying that God would break my heart for the things that break His heart (thank you to Kay Arthur and her great Bible study, Lord, Only You Can Change Me), and this post did, indeed, break my heart. I am ashamed of man kind. I am sick at heart thinking that I gave my children vaccinations that probably contained human cells. May God forgive me for my complicity in this. I pray that God will change me from a toy on a string that can be lead around by anyone with a purpose into a woman of God who investigates what I am about. I pray that God will give me his mind, his heart and his spirit. And I pray that he will do the same for you.

If you can, you should read part one as well.

My only hope is in the mercifulness of God, but when Jesus comes again, He will come as a Judge, and this Judge will be 100% just. We will reap what we have sowed.

Kindly and With Deep Remorse for my sin.

I am a birther. Yeah, add that to the list of descriptions for me: right wing extremist, birther.

Watch these videos. Maybe you'll become a birther, too.

God's in control, so all is well. Still, I think He wants us to stand up and be counted in situations where right is right and wrong is wrong. This is wrong.

John Newton wrote the following:

I asked the Lord that I might grow
In faith, and love, and every grace,
Might more of His salvation know,
And seek more earnestly His face.

Twas He who taught me thus to pray,
And He, I trust, has answered prayer:
But it has been in such a way
As almost drove me to despair.

I hoped that in some favoured hour
At once He'd answer my request;
And, by His love's constraining power,
Subdue my sins, and give me rest.

Instead of this, He made me feel
The hidden evils of my heart,
And let the angry powers of hell
Assault my soul in every part.
Yea, more, with His own hand He seemed
Intent to aggravate my woe,
Crossed all the fair designs I schemed,
Blasted my gourds, and laid me low.

'Lord, why is this' I trembling cried,
'Wilt Thou pursue Thy worm to death?'
'Tis in this way' the Lord replied,
'I answer prayer for grace and faith.
These inward trials I employ,
From self and pride to set thee free,
And break thy schemes of earthly joy,
That thou may'st seek thy all in Me
